Aim of the Project
Welcome aims to improve the hospitality in Amsterdam. Tourists and business visitors alike should feel comfortable and at ease in our city, and should always be met with respect and treated with a smile. To achieve this the Welcome project trains people working in tourism. Welcome also has teams, dressed in red, on the streets of the city to help visitors find their way.

Amsterdam Welcome is an initiative of the Amsterdam Alliance, a platform consisting of large tourism- and business organizations, working closely with the city of Amsterdam.
